PhD studentships in Glasgow CS

The School of Computing Science at the University of Glasgow is
offering studentships and excellence bursaries for PhD study.
I'm seeking PhD students with an interest in network transport
protocols, network protocol design, or the Internet standards
process. If you're interested and have, or expect to graduate
with, a good degree in Computing Science or a related discipline,
then please contact me.
The following sources of funding are available:

EPSRC DTA awards: open to UK or EU applicants who have lived in the
UK for at least three years;
cover tuition fees and living expenses

Excellence Bursaries: full fee discount for UK/EU applicants; partial
fee discount for international applicants

College of Science and Engineering Scholarship: open to all applicants;
covers fees and living expenses

China Scholarship Council Scholarship nominations: open to Chinese
applicants; covers fees and living expenses
